1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service are between you and Gilad Moyal, an individual operating Wand Referrals ("Wand Referrals", "we", "us"). By installing or using Wand Referrals ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Wand Referrals is a Shopify application that provides affiliate and referral program administration, including:
- Affiliate and referral record management
- Discount code creation and tracking
- Sales attribution and commission calculation
- Reviewable commission records and balances
Specific features depend on the merchant's plan, configuration, and rollout availability.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of affiliate and program information
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing in your jurisdiction
- Ensuring your affiliates are aware of and agree to your program terms
- Timely payment of commissions owed to affiliates
4. Billing
Wand Referrals offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel at any time from the app or Shopify admin.
5. Data Processing
By using the App, you authorize us to access and process order, customer, and product data from your Shopify store as necessary to provide the affiliate tracking service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App includes Google Maps Platform features and content when Google Places address suggestions are configured for affiliate registration. Your use of those Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
You also authorize us, when the applicable feature is separately approved and enabled, to send privacy-minimized and session-pseudonymous classifications of authenticated merchant, affiliate-portal, and Wand-support usage, optional country code, and scrubbed application errors and performance timings to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy solely to understand feature adoption, operate, secure, and improve the App. Event payloads exclude Shopify customer and order data, raw shop and user identifiers, routes, raw IP-address fields, city or more precise location, free text, and person profiles. A browser connection to Sentry transiently exposes its network source IP; Sentry must be configured not to retain it or derive geography. You may object to product analytics through the authenticated notice or by contacting privacy@wandreferrals.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can uninstall the App from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
