Feature requests go directly to Wand's founder-led product review. The request stays private: there are no public votes, comments, submitter profiles, or automatic roadmap placement.
Keep sensitive data out
Do not include passwords, access tokens, tax or payout details, customer or order data, vulnerability instructions, or private screenshots. Use the authenticated Support workspace for account context.
Expect review, not a promise
Wand may clarify, combine, decline, or retain a request for product planning. Acknowledgement does not promise delivery, timing, pricing, eligibility, or public roadmap placement.
Minimum useful context
Send only what the product review needs.
Include a reply address, the affected workflow, the outcome you need, and the smallest useful example using synthetic or redacted details. Installed merchants should submit account-specific requests through in-app Support so tenant context and ticket history remain protected.
